The Island Media Arts Festival has been celebrating the best of atlantic canadian film and media arts since 2010 across the province of PEI. For a look at the festival’s history go to the IMAFESTIVAL ARCHIVE.

Here are the award winners from 2012:

• 2012 CBC 3-2-1 Award - Harmony Wagner (Director) and Jason Rogerson (Producer) for The Queen of the Crows
• The Island Media Arts Co-op Audience Choice Award – Dan Caseley for Mr. Toesley and the Love Powered Space Machine.
• The William F. White Filmmaker of the Year Award - John Hopkins
• The Women in Film and Television Salute Award - Louise Lalonde
